ON-LINE REGISTRATION – step by step
1. STEP: Sign in on www.epatpid2025.com
Create a new account for your accommodation reservations. This way, you can manage all your transactions from a single panel. If you forget your password, you can set a new one by using the “Forgot my password” link.
2. STEP: Placing the order
Once you have created your account, you can place an order for participation in the EPA Congress.
A proforma invoice will be issued upon placing the order. You can make the payment online via credit card or via bank transfer to the account.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we kindly ask you to upload the invoice to the website.
3.STEP: Invoice, confirmation of registration
An invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment for the ordered events and sent by email upon request to the address provided during registration. Your registration confirmation will also be sent by email three weeks before the Congress.
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be made for cancellations after July 21, 2025.
For cancellations before July 21, 2025, refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.
